Our couple first met with our venue manager & one of our coordinators to discuss their vision for their wedding. During the 2-hour initial planning meeting, our venue manager and our coordinator learned about the couples specific wants and needs for their big day and how we could help them to achieve their dream wedding.
“We then coordinated with the A/V team, set up and clean-up crew to gather all the various pieces together to create the desired look for our couple. The planning process is like watching the most elaborate puzzle come together into a beautiful masterpiece,” shares Foothills Event Center Manager Megan Swinney.
Our venue manager or event coordinator is on site on the wedding day for day-of coordination, to ensure all goes smoothly and to take the stress off of the couple as well as their close friends and family so they too can enjoy the day with the couple.
At the Foothills, we have a multitude of items available for you to rent. Just a few of these include linens, themed centerpieces, flower arrangements, China, flatware, glasses, market lights, copper basins, and modern audio/visual equipment.
When grooms and brides-to-be select our Diamond Package, they receive all of the above-mentioned services PLUS extras! The extras include a tech package with our full sound system, a red carpet for entrance, a projector with a screen for showing your guests a sweet slideshow, our full lighting package, and your very own dedicated Wedding Coordinator.
