Our Event Planners are here to address your needs, including audio/visual presentations, copy, fax, computer needs, and meeting space. They’ll also help you design a seating arrangement that suits your needs. Many companies who have held a seminar here chose to use classroom-style seating with our rectangular tables. You might opt for pod-style seating using round tables if you’re serving food and beverages at your meeting. If your meeting is smaller, you can use our conference room. As part of your meeting services in Nevada County, your designated Event Planner will create a floor plan for the seating arrangements which you can review.
At the Foothills, we have state-of-the-art A/V equipment including sound & lighting systems. During your meeting, we’ll have staff present who specialize in managing our technology, so if you have questions, they’re right here.
