Looking for a bar at a Nevada County event venue to serve drinks to your guests? The Foothills Event Center in Grass Valley has plentiful space for bartenders to serve food, wine, beer, and other drinks.
Our bar is unique because it contains both round and traditional bar tops; you can see what we mean in the photo to the left. This versatility will allow caterers and bartenders to serve your guests more efficiently and in style!
Plus, our bar has some great connections to local Nevada County history! This repurposed and refurbished historical bar once fed some of the greatest and budding minds of the county. It was formerly used as the circulation desk at a local library.
Foothills Event Center’s bar has a grapevine theme carved on the front, in homage to Nevada County’s long history of local vineyards. So that our bar won’t clash with your event’s theme colors, we’ve painted the bar in a deep charcoal color. It’s painted in Annie Sloan’s chalk paint, which has a velvety, matte finish that gives it a vintage air. Chalk paint is very eco-friendly too; it has no odor and low volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
You’re able to bring your own bartenders or let our staff serve if you’d like. The Foothills Event Center staff is happy to provide you with the additional service of mixing drinks and serving beer and wine.
