With Italian wines, liqueurs, and live music, we invite you to enjoy the tastes and traditions of a Bagna Cauda next weekend! On Saturday, March 10th, we’ll be hosting our first annual authentic Italian Bagna Cauda. Experience a day of family-style Italian dining and celebration! The event will be catered by Granzella’s of Williams, California. To create a Bagna Cauda dish, vegetables, beef, chicken, shrimp, and bread are dipped, one after another, in the garlicky rich dip. If you love Italian food and drink, the Foothills Event Center is the place to be on Saturday the 10th! Come to the Foothills to experience an authentic Italian meal, one that’s rarely seen outside of Italy. We’ll be serving wines from various local wineries, including Avanguardia.
This luncheon will also include door prizes and a silent auction. All proceeds will benefit a local non-profit organization, the Lifetime Adoption Foundation. This non-profit raises funds to assist babies and children find forever families.
On Saturday, March 10th, our bar will open at noon for a social hour and no-host cocktails. The Bagna Cauda feast will begin at 1:00 pm! Please call the Foothills Event Center at 530-271-1000 to purchase tickets.
