Next week, Come Paint With Us will host a fabulous paint and sip class to benefit a local non-profit organization, The Nest Family Resource. The event takes place here at the Foothills Event Center on Thursday, April 26th from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Join us as our experienced instructor Julia Ward guides you step-by-step in creating this beautiful painting of a peacock showing off his colorful feathers.
It seems that the peacock theme fits very well with this non-profit organization’s name, which evokes images of birds nesting! Give this wonderful community resource your support and come to next week’s paint and sip class. Money raised from the class will allow The Nest to keep offering low-cost support for new families.
The Nest serves all of Nevada County and provides childbirth, breastfeeding, and parenting resources. Founded in 2013 by Katie DaMota, The Nest seeks to give area families trusted community support and networking for birthing and parenting. The Nest employs an experienced team of professionals to assist women and their families during pregnancy, birth, and afterward.
Come Paint With Us provides all the materials you’ll need to paint this gorgeous peacock. When you arrive at the paint and sip class, there will be painting stations created for each attendee.
