It’s the most wonderful time of year here at the Foothills Event Center! We’d like to take this opportunity to give you our warmest thoughts and best wishes for a wonderful holiday and a very happy New Year. May peace, joy, hope, and happiness be yours during this holiday season and throughout the New Year!
We think there’s no time more fitting than now to say “thank you” to all of our clients, vendors, performers, musicians, and guests for a fabulous 2018. Here’s to another year of celebrating, dining, imbibing, and dancing at our upscale Nevada County event venue. We wish you a New Year of health, happiness, and prosperity!
2018 was a lively, busy year here at the Foothills! We added market lights and sheers to our decor, creating an elegant yet inviting ambiance to our large event space. We were delighted by the addition of a baby grand piano to our space, providing pleasant background music for events and celebrations.
2018 also marked the inception of our concert series, “It’s Happening at the Foothills,” welcoming acts like country music star Lacy J. Dalton and folk group The Rita Hosking Trio, as well as the Tom Petty Birthday Bash event. Two benefits for victims of the fires were held at the Foothills in 2018. We hosted the Carr Fire Benefit Concert in October and were the event venue of choice for The Salvation Army’s Paradise Victims Fundraiser this year.
We thought that a great way to give you a 2018 year in review of the Foothills Event Center was to share our top 10 most popular posts of 2018!
