Our conference space is available for hourly rental. As a fully-equipped meeting room, it’s a perfect space for your company’s conference, training seminar, or client meeting! With the Foothills Event Center’s fully-furnished conference room you can choose a setup that will best accommodate your company’s needs. We offer access to catering and audio/visual equipment and will provide on-site support for your company event.

Registration: We can provide a dedicated host to register and welcome attendees, so you can focus on your presentation rather than registering guests.
