Laurie Lewis & the Right HandsWe are pleased to welcome Laurie Lewis & The Right Hands to the Foothills stage! Grammy Award-winning musician Laurie Lewis performs here with her band, The Right Hands, on Saturday, March 16th. Lewis, long one of the leading ladies of bluegrass, is an internationally renowned guitar and fiddle player who has won the International Bluegrass Music Association’s Female Vocalist of the Year award several times. Bluegrass music doesn’t get any better than Laurie Lewis & the Right Hands!

Lewis has performed and recorded since 1986 with her musical partner, Tom Rozum, on mandolin. She who won a Grammy for her contribution to “True Life Blues: The Songs of Bill Monroe,” and was a founding member of the Good Ol’ Persons in 1974 and the Grant Street String Band in 1979. Since her musical debut, Laurie has recorded nearly 20 albums in many musical formats. Her latest album with the Right Hands, The Hazel and Alice Sessions, was nominated for the Best Bluegrass Recording Grammy in 2017.

Her band, the Right Hands, is made up of longtime sidekick Tom Rozum on mandolin, Brandon Godman on fiddle, Patrick Sauber on banjo, and Sam Grisman playing the upright bass.
