Did you know that we’re in “engagement season” right now? Engagement season (also known as “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year”) begins on Thanksgiving Day and ends on Valentine’s Day. It’s the time of year when the tons of men get down on one knee and propose. Are you expecting a proposal this engagement season? 
Or, maybe you’ve recently gotten engaged. Once the initial surprise of being engaged wears off (and you’re able to peel your eyes away from that gorgeous, sparkly ring on your finger!), you’ll need to make a lot of decisions. One of the most important things you need to decide on during your planning is to choose a wedding venue. We encourage you to book your wedding date now before all the dates are filled!
Before you book a DJ, look on Pinterest for wedding ideas, or try on a single dress, step back and take a look at the big picture. Imagine the type of style and vibe you want to set for your wedding. Picture in your mind your dream wedding. What do you see? Is it a traditional, elegant affair? Are you surrounded by family and friends, dancing the night away? Or maybe you imagine a rustic, country-style vibe with burlap on the centerpieces and mason jars for glasses.

While you imagine your perfect wedding, here are some important questions to consider: will it be a big wedding (everyone you know) or small (just family and close friends)? Look in wedding magazines, wedding photos online, and of course Pinterest. Always keep your eyes open for inspiration!
