Our amenities include a projector screen, projector, and full audio capabilities.  Meeting or seminar leaders can be easily heard through the use of our lapel mic or wireless mic. We have lots of on-site well-lit paved parking available at no additional charge. Our parking lot can accommodate 140 cars with handicap parking.

Our large venue can accommodate classroom-style seating in rectangles as seen in the photo above. Or, you can choose pod-style seating (round tables) or even concert-style seating. We have a very fast, fiber optic wireless Internet with speeds of 50 mbps. It’s one of the fastest Internet connections in Nevada County, with capabilities of streaming your business meetings worldwide from right here in Grass Valley at The Foothills Event Center!

The Foothills Event Center also has a side room for conferences. Our rates for the conference room are $50 an hour with a three hour minimum. The rate for non-profit organizations to use the conference room is $25 an hour with a three hour minimum.
