Former Moscow Circus veteran Gregory Popovich’s show provides non-stop fun for all ages with his internationally-acclaimed show featuring a cast of talented cats and dogs. All of the animals in the show were rescued from animal shelters and have been transformed into stars. The Circus Fans Association of America awarded Popovich with its Entertainer of the Year award for his “unique and most enjoyable performance.”
The Popovich Comedy Pet Theater has a deep performance history, having presented thousands of shows in more than 20 countries. It’s currently in its 12th season at the Planet Hollywood Resort/Casino in Las Vegas.

Because all my pets in my shows have been rescued by animal shelters, I feel it’s my mission to ‘payback’ animal shelters and try to help other pets if I have this opportunity,” says Popovich.
Popovich is eager to work with programs in the areas he tours to help them raise awareness and funds for their pet rescue efforts. Here in Grass Valley, Popovich is working with the local non-profit organization, Scooter’s Pals, to contribute to their cause of giving abandoned, neglected, abused, and homeless dogs another chance at life.
