Over the last several months, things have been uncertain (to say the least!) when it comes to having weddings, events, and gatherings. We all know that large groups are not allowed to gather. But did you know that small groups (as long as physical distancing guidelines and limits on crowd numbers are followed) are allowed to come together in small groups for certain functions?
At The Foothills Event Center, we have numerous spaces and services that are immediately available for your business meeting, seminar, art class, or team-building event. Our large ballroom, with high ceilings and windowed walls, offers plenty of space for physical distancing with up to 50 people, with tables and chairs included as part of your rental.
Business Meetings and Seminars
You can utilize our three VIP suites off the main ballroom floor as additional meeting or study space. We offer super-fast Internet speed at 250 Mbps with Wi-Fi access, so if you’re live streaming a class, meeting, seminar, or training, you’ll have the bandwidth you need to have a smooth and seamless stream.
Our professional and comfortably decorated conference room offers a private space with a conference table and seating for up to eight people. The space includes a TV, high-speed internet access, and the use of a small fridge. We also offer our covered patio, with seating and tables for up to 20 people.
Weddings
If you are looking to have your wedding at The Foothills, the good news is that you can! We can host ceremonies of up to 50 people at our venue, though the reception will have to be scheduled for another day. We have special weekend and weekday rates for this intimate ceremony offering.
Team Building
Our space is also ideal for that team building that you’ve been meaning to plan. Our attention was pulled away with the outbreak of COVID-19. But now, we’re learning to adjust to the new “normal” and part of that is getting back to business.
Now, more than ever is a good time to bring the team back together and do something fun!
Our popular paint and sip program, Come Paint With Us, is a great way to spend time with your team outside of the work environment. Plus, everyone will have a memento to take home afterward – their very own masterpiece!
